We can manage anything from a local flat move to a full family home relocation. Before moving day, we discuss access, larger items and any special handling so the right plan and equipment are in place.
On the day, we arrive at the agreed time, protect furniture where needed and load methodically. At your new address, items are placed in the rooms you choose so settling in is simpler.

How your house move is planned
It starts with you describing the move: the two addresses, the size of the home, the floors and stairs at each end, where a van can park and any larger or fragile pieces that need extra care. If you are unsure about anything, a few photos of the rooms and the street outside fill in the gaps quickly.
From that conversation we agree the scope together, including what is moving, whether you want packing, and which furniture needs dismantling. Your quote is based on that agreed scope, so you know what is included before you book.
Packing dates, the arrival time on moving day and the order of the work are then agreed with you. On the day, the crew protects furniture and floors, loads methodically and travels to your new home, where everything is unloaded and placed in the rooms you choose, with dismantled pieces put back together.

Our home removals work ranges from a one bedroom flat above a shop to a detached family house with a full loft and garage. The property type changes the plan more than people expect. A flat might mean a lift booking and a long corridor, a cottage might mean low beams and a narrow front door, and a new build often means a fresh driveway and a turning circle shared with the neighbours.

Short moves still deserve a plan, because the time is spent on carrying and loading rather than driving. The price depends on the size of your home, the distance, parking and access at both ends, and whether you want packing included. We look at those details and confirm one fixed figure before you book.
How far ahead should I book my removal?+
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most moves, and longer for a completion date in a busy summer month. If your date moves, tell us early and we will do our best to hold the slot.
Do you move houses outside Buckinghamshire?+
Yes. We are based near Aylesbury and remove locally every week, but full house moves are carried out nationwide, including long distance moves completed in one day where the route allows.
What information do you need to quote for a house move?+
Both addresses, the size of the home, the floors and access at each end, parking for the van, any large or fragile items, and whether you would like packing or dismantling included.
Will you take furniture apart and put it back together?+
Beds, flat pack wardrobes and table legs are commonly dismantled for safe transport and reassembled at your new home. Tell us which pieces are involved so we allow the time.
What do I need to do before moving house?+

Is a move of only a few streets still worth booking a removal company for?+
Usually, yes. Most of the effort in any move is lifting and loading rather than driving, so a short distance does not make a full home much quicker to move yourself.
