This website is run by PHX Services, the trading name of Phoenix Removal Services (Company Number 17107174). We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you send our quote and contact form, we collect:

• your first name and last name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the service you need
• the details you type into the "Work required" box, which may include an address and your preferred date
• the page of this website you sent the form from

If you phone or email us directly, we keep the details you give us in that call or message.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, ask any questions we need to understand the work, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the job.

We rely on our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries people send us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, such as preparing a quote.

We share your details only with the service providers that make the form work:

• our website hosting and database provider (Lovable and its cloud database), which stores each enquiry securely
• FormSubmit, which forwards a copy of your enquiry to our email inbox
• our email provider, which holds the messages we send and receive

We never sell your details, and we never use them for unrelated marketing.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Where we quote for or carry out work, we keep a record of it for up to 2 years, then delete it.

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• object to us using your information

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
