If your moving plans have changed suddenly, call PHX Services on 07538 776243 to check availability. A same day removal is only possible when a suitable van and crew can be confirmed for the actual job. We do not promise same-day attendance or a 24-hour response. Explain what needs moving, where it is going and when access is available before making arrangements around a possible collection.
What we do
PHX Services is based near Aylesbury HP22 and carries out removals nationwide. That coverage does not mean a vehicle is immediately available for every route. The distance, size of the load, loading conditions and existing commitments all need to be considered before a short-notice move can be accepted.
We are open seven days, so weekend enquiries are welcome, but a Saturday or Sunday move still requires van and crew confirmation. Opening days are not a guarantee of spare capacity, overnight operation or an emergency dispatch service. Until the booking details are agreed, treat the move as an enquiry rather than a reserved slot.

Give the information that makes an urgent decision possible
Start with both postcodes, a contact number and the reason for the deadline. Is a tenancy ending, a collection window closing or a completion time uncertain? Share firm limits honestly. A requested arrival time is different from a confirmed appointment, and travel between jobs must also be considered.
Next, list the furniture and approximate number of boxes. Send photographs if they show the load more clearly than a description. Mention heavy or fragile pieces, anything needing dismantling, and whether packing is complete. An urgent enquiry should not omit awkward items merely to make the move sound smaller.
Check access before committing to the move
Confirm that someone can provide entry at both addresses and that the destination is actually available. Give floor numbers, lift restrictions, parking information and the distance between the property and a possible loading position. A small load with difficult access may require a different arrangement from an equally sized load beside the van.

What if my keys are not released at the expected time?+
Tell PHX Services as soon as you know there may be a delay. Explain whether loading has begun and what your solicitor or agent has confirmed. Revised arrangements need agreement; waiting or a later delivery should never be assumed to be included or immediately available.
