Office Removals and Commercial Relocations, Planned Around Your Week

A business move needs clear timing, careful handling and an organised loading plan. We help offices and commercial customers relocate equipment, furniture and boxed files efficiently.

What we do

We agree the sequence of the move with you, taking account of access, working hours and priority equipment. Labelled items can be delivered to their intended areas to make setup easier for your team.

From a small office change to a larger local relocation, you receive direct communication and a fixed quote based on the work discussed.

Business removals for small teams and whole floors

Our business removals work covers everything from a small team leaving a serviced office to a commercial removal of a full floor. Businesses were part of our work from the start, alongside homeowners, so we are used to planning around trading hours, shared buildings and staff who need to be working again quickly.

Commercial removals usually come down to three things: the order items leave, the order they arrive, and how much of the business keeps running in between. We agree all three with you before the day, so staff know when to pack and where their desk will be at the new site.

Small office removals and larger relocations

Small office removals are often the trickiest to schedule, because a team of a few people cannot afford a long gap between the old desk and the new one. We plan these so the essentials leave last and arrive first, with each crate and piece of furniture labelled to a room or desk number agreed in advance. Larger business relocations follow the same principle on a bigger scale, usually split into phases so departments move in a set order.

Desks, IT and filing

Desks are dismantled where needed and rebuilt at the new site. Computers, screens and printers are packed and moved carefully, and we recommend your IT support disconnects and reconnects network equipment so that side is handled by people who know your setup. Filing can be crated in order so it goes back on the shelves the way it came off.

Frequently asked questions

Can you move our office outside working hours?+

Yes. Evening and weekend moves are common for offices that cannot lose a trading day. We agree the window in advance and plan the loading order around it.

How should we prepare desks and IT equipment?+

Staff clear personal items and cables into labelled crates or boxes, and screens are unplugged ready for wrapping. We can advise on a simple labelling system by desk or department.

Do you move heavy items such as safes or printers?+

Often yes, once we have seen weights, doorway widths and lift access. Some items need specialist lifting, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case.

How is a commercial move quoted?+

We visit or review photos and a floor plan, count the furniture and crate volume, check access at both buildings, then set a fixed price for the agreed scope.

Can an office move happen outside working hours?+

The sequence of every business move is planned around your working hours, and timing outside them can be discussed when we agree the plan.

How do you handle computers and desks?+

Equipment is packed and moved with care, desks are dismantled and rebuilt where needed, and labelled items go to the room or desk agreed in advance.

How far ahead should we plan an office relocation?+

Start as early as you can, as staff communication, IT and building access all need arranging. Our office move planning guide sets out a sensible order.
